I am one of the "I might, but it's not likely" voters. The issue for me is mostly transportation. It's just too hard to get to Panama City from here. To fly would be about 10.5 hours of being in the air (3 planes) or in airports. The distance could be driven in roughly that amount of time. Unfortunately, neither I nor my 12-year-old car still do solo road trips! Especially in the winter with iffy road conditions and short daylight hours.
I would love to meet all of you. I'm flexible on the timing but I prefer civilized weather. I'm not a first class resort kind of girl. I'm happy with a clean room, comfortable bed, bathtub and TV in a safe neighborhood with a restaurant nearby. But just one airplane flight away, please!
I can get to Cincinnati on 1 plane (American Eagle). It's not a great big plane but it is just 1 plane.....
